Delivery, returns and data

Every order ships free of charge. No minimum spend and no delivery fee is added at checkout.

Orders are currently placed through the studio while online checkout is being built. Dispatch timelines and courier details will be published here when checkout goes live.

ZOVEN products are made in limited runs and are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including remedies for damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items.

If a piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact the studio and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer law.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Discounts shown against an MRP are temporary and apply while the piece is in the current release.

This build does not collect personal data. The shopping bag is stored only in your own browser using local storage, and the newsletter form is not connected to any storage yet — submitting it does not save your email address.

Accounts, order history and newsletter delivery arrive in a later phase, along with the privacy policy that will cover them.
